The game against Armenia will be the last game of the coach of the Turkish National Football team Fatih Terim.
After losing the chances of a qualification for the World Cup 2010, Fatih Terim announced that he will leave his function as head trainer of the Turkish National Team.
The Turkish Football Federation has started to look for someone who can fill the place of Fatih Terim.

In his active career, Fatih Terim played for Adana Demirspor and Galatasaray as sweeper.
While he was not able to win the Turkish League as player, he has won it 4 times in a row as coach of Galatasaray (1996-2000). He also win 2 times the Turkish Cup an one time the UEFA Cup with Galatasaray. After the four years in Galatasaray Fatih Terim travelled to Italy. He was there the coach of AC Florenz and AC Milano.

Europe Cup. His greatest success with the national team was in 2008 - he reached the semi-finals of the
EURO 2008 and was the trainer of the tournament.
