Steaua Bucharest owner, Gigi Becali, claims that AEL has accepted the offer of €700.000 for the rwandian defender Edwin Ouon and that FC Brasov Director, Dinu Gheorghe, is ready to approve the transfer of the portugese right half back Ruai Duarte to Steaua.

Steaua`s trainer Mihai Stoichita is eager to see Edwin Ouon in his team. „This boy has technique and speed, and that`s why we rised up to €700.000, payable in 2 terms."
AEL Limassol`s green light is not enough for the transfer of Ouon to materialize though. The player wants a monthly salary as high as two times the maximum salary payed by Steaua - imposed by the owner due to the economic crysis - that is €240.000 a year.
Despite this, Gigi Becali has a plan. „I told Ouon, I will give him the difference up to the sum he asks, if we win the Championship this season. But it is possible that he gets something when he signs the deal."

Steaua`s next target is Ruai Duarte (29 years old). Dinu Gheorghe has also asked €700.000 in order to accept the transfer. "I have spoken with Dinu and I think that in the end we will agree on the transfer. I insist for Duarte, because he is the best right half back in Romania at this time".
3 center defenders are now in Ghencea: Baciu, Tudose and Jelev. Steaua lost this winter Goian, Rada and Ghionea.
The contract of Golanski will end in 5 months, but the polish player is unwilling to sign a new contract with Steaua. The red and blues are trying to speed up the transfer of Duarte, in order to replace Golanski.
