5th matchday of Primera División brings us scores where Real Madrid, Barcelona, Villarreal, Valencia and Sevilla not fail. Football league in Spain is becoming more and more interesting each week.
Real Madrid achieves the victory in added time with a goal by Van Nistelrooy. The striker ended a first-class counterattack meaning 3 point for the "white". Real Betis played a good second period but they couldn't neutralize to a lethal "Van Goal".
Catalonian derby, on the other hand, was for F.C. Barcelona. They control the game but they had poor aim. Everytime there are more voices denouncing that Barça's players fire with wet gunpowder. Espanyol was ahead with a goal by Coro, and Barcelona players didn't equalize until well into second half. It was added time when Messi scored a controversial penalty giving the victory to visitors.
Valencia resolved his game against Deportivo with goals and good playmaking. The great duo composed by Villa and Mata and the best Joaquin in a long time, helped to 4-2 score in Mestalla. With this victory they get top position together with Villareal.
Sporting de Gijón faced the "yelow submarine" with football and enthusiasm, but Villarreal took the 3 points with only a goal, scored by Rossi. Great performance of goalkeeper Diego Lopez and posts were the key too.
Sevilla achieved its target at Calderon. Early goal by Luis Fabiano paralized Aguirre's guys, they didn't be able to overcome the adverse score. Unquestionably, keys of the match were Atletico missing regulars and Sevilla excellent defensive work.
