BET HERE:

4:0 won the 1. FC Köln against Freiburg on Saturday and now even have the chance to jump to the 7th position with another home win. Best player once again was Lukas Podoloski. He created several goalscoring opportunities, scored two goals himself and made half of the 26 goals Köln scored all season. The team is very efficient in front of the goal, made 26 goals from 60 chances, far the best value in Bundesliga (43%). Köln have not been the most reliable team this season, also there is always trouble inside the club, but they are usually a strong home side. Apart of the 0:3 defeat against Mönchengladbach, they could win the last four matches at home, with 11:0 goals.

While Köln is the most efficient team in Bundesliga, Mainz 05 missed tons of great chances last Saturday, when played only 0:0 against Hamburg at home. In that match also best scorer Andreas Ivanschitz (5 goals) got injured and won't be able to play this year again. The team found back to form recently, is four games unbeaten, but is still in relegation trouble, just four points ahead of the bottom. Mainz have a negative record at home, but is doing well away from home, lost just a single away match all season (1-4-1).
