After a perfect 4/4 in yesterday's contests, Livetipsportal is proud to present you its pronostics for todays games, with a new set of four games: Penguins@Flyers, Canucks@Blues, Devils@Hurricanes, and Ducks@Sharks.
Philadelphia Flyers – Pittsburgh Penguins
Series: Pittsburgh leads 2-0
The Flyers shown a good reaction in game 2, forcing the Pens to overtime, before Bill Guerin put the puck in the net to seal the deal for Pittsburgh. Flyers are now in a must win situation, and will benefit from the home advantage to set their matchups. This should be an emotional game for them, allowing them to outwork their opponent and get back in the series.
Choice: Philadelphia Flyers, with an odd of 2.35 at Expket
St. Louis Blues – Vancouver Canucks
Series: Vancouver leads 2-0
Although the Blues are battling hard against the Northwest division champions, they are still in troubles when it comes to beat Roberto Luongo, who's got impressive stats so far with 0.50 GAA and 98.2 SV%. Even on home ice, it's hard to believe that the Blues will find a way to beat the Canucks. There's just too much talent in front of them.
Choice: Vancouver Canucks, with an odd of 2.55 at Bwin
Carolina Hurricanes – New Jersey Devils
Series: tied at 1-1
The Canes had a fantastic reaction in game 2. After being transparent in game 1, they forced the Devils to overtime, and found a way to put a puck past Martin Brodeur to tie the series. Now they get back home and will look to build on this win to get the edge in the series. But the Devils are extremly experimented and know that tonight's game could be a key to the series. So we can expect them to come real hard. The Hurricanes know that and will try to match the effort, which would result in a very tight game. Then Devils have Martin Brodeur, who's one if not THE best goalie of all time when it comes to win in crictical situations. So i'd go for the Devils on this one, but with a small bet only.
Choice: New Jersey Devils, with an odd of 2.75 at Bwin
San Jose Sharks – Anaheim Ducks
Series: Anaheim leads 1-0
The Sharks are used to be dominant in the regular season and fail to impress in the playoffs. If game 1 is of any indication, they are most likely to do the same this year, as they've been shutout by Jonas Hiller in his very first playoffs game. Sharks can bounce back and win this game, no doubt. Especially since they've been the best team at home during the regular season. But the Ducks can win it just as easily. Expect a very tight, physical, and even matchup. But considering the odds, it's really worthy to take a little gamble on the Ducks.
Choice: Anaheim Ducks, with an odd of 4.00 at Bwin
