One of the hottest games of this Serie A weekend is a classic of italian football, even if this season it is relevant above all for the race against relegation: Torino vs Bologna FC, sunday at 3 p.m. at the Olimpico of Torino, a game between two direct concurrents for salvation, divided by a single point in the classification (with Torino at the 17th place with 30 points and Bologna one place below them on the 18th place with 29 points).
As the four last teams of the Serie A are all within only three points difference, no team can allow themselves a false step, not even Torino who might find themselves in the relegation zone in case of a defeat against the red and blue. If they win, of course, they would make a big step towards salvation, even if, however things ar going, everything will still remain open (at least mathematically) after this weekend.
Bologna, who have already lost one big game against a direct adversaire (1-2 against Reggina) can't allow themselves another defeat, otherwise the red and blue are already in the Serie B with one feet. If they win, on the other hand, they would leave the relegation zone, at least for one week.
To do so they will have to play a game like the one against Genoa, and not like the one against Reggina, otherwise they are doomed. Anyway Bologna's coach Papadopulo says that he was satisfied with the attitude of his players against Reggina, even if they had to pay a high price for their errors in the end. "Il Papa" is therefore quite optimistic and has made clear that "our Champions League is called salvation!" ...
For sure it wont be easy for Bologna - Toro has won the last two games at the Olimpico (1-0 against Siena, 2-1 against Catania), Bologna on the other hand hasn't won any away game since the end of January (1-0 in Bergamo) and even the last draw dates from the 14th of February (1-1 in Naples).
Nonetheless I think that Bologna's players know what another defeat would mean for them and they will do whatever they can to win this game. In my opinion it will not be enough to beat Torino bu tit will maybe be enough for a draw, which would mean that Bologna can still hope to save themselves...
My tip therefore is
x, draw, the best odd is at
Bet365 with 3,25.
