Manchester United won their Group E with 2 wins and 4 draws and eliminated Inter Mailand in Round of 16 (aggregate 2:0). Then United advanced to the semi-finals with a 3:2 aggregate victory over FC Porto (2:2 home, 1:0 away), where they beat FC Arsenal clearly with 4:1 (1:0 home, 3:1 away). Altogether, Manchester United has not lost any of their last 25 matches in the UEFA Champions League.
