After the not really convincing test against
New Zealand (won by Italy 4-3), now it's time for
Italy's first Confederations Cup game, monday at 7:30 p.m. against the
USA. In the game against the "All Whites" (in contrast to the "All Blacks", New Zealand's famous rugby national team), the azzurri didnt play a brilliant game, but in the end they won, having to equalize three times and with two goals by
Gilardino and Iaquinta. Of course in this match
Lippi tested a lot of young players, and maybe also the altitude of Pretoria was hard for the italian players. However, on monday they will play a different game, against the USA this time.
