After having beaten the belgian club of Gand last week at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome (3-1), the team of Luciano Spalletti will now have to head north to go to the next round, the last obstacle before the group phase of Europa League.
AS Roma's start in the new Europa League hadn't been quite as they had imagined it, as the belgians have scored the first goal of the game (22' Mbaye) and were leading also at the half time. Fortunately in the second time the romans had recovered from the first shock and in the end they managed to transform the result into a 3-1 victory thanks to three goals by Mexes, Totti and Vucinic. The "Giallorossi" have at least shown the right attitude, especially "il capitano" Francesco Totti, who has, once more, been a key player in a precious victory for Roma.
Of course, a 3-1 is still a dangerous result, if Gand manages to score the first goal than the Roma players might start to become nervous... But judging from the way in which Roma played the second half in Rome and the way in which they managed to transform the result, Spalletti's boys shouldn't have too many problems in Belgium too.
In my opinion Totti & Co. will probably not beat the belgians again, but at least they will make a draw and go to the next round. My tip is x, draw, the best odd is on bwin with 3,55.
Also after the first half the result of the game will still be x, the best odd in this case is at
bet365 with 2,40.
