The draws for the play-off rounds of both the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League will take place on Friday 7 August at UEFA Headquarters in Nyon, starting at 12.00 and 13.30 CET respectively.
Champions Path and Non-Champions
The UEFA Champions League play-off draw will be in two parts, with ten clubs in the Champions Path to the group stage and another ten allocated to the Non-Champions Path. In each of the two sections, five teams will be seeded according to the UEFA club coefficient rankings and five unseeded. Both draw ceremonies will be conducted by UEFA General Secretary David Taylor together with competitions director Giorgio Marchetti.
