SC Magna Wr. Neustadt welcomes on Saturday
Red Bull Salzburg in the fifth round of
Austrian tipp3-Bundesliga. League newcomer SC Magna has won both home matches this season and could also surprise against current champion RB Salzburg.
Promoted team SC Magna is very strong at their stadium. The 3-1 opener win over Austria Kärnten followed a 2-1 against SV Ried. In both games Magna Wr. Neustadt were 0-1 down, but they battled back and won their home fixtures. All in all they are unbeaten since 15 home matches. Coach Helmut Kraft has with Sanel Kuljic, Diego Viana, Hannes Aigner and Mirnel Sadovic 4 equal forwards in his squad, all four are good for goals. Up to now Diego Viana presented in the trainings as well as in the games the best performance. Hence, I think that Viana will be in the starting eleven.
Not by wish run the season up to now for champion Red Bull Salzburg. Though the Bulls reached the play-off of the UEFA Champions League qualification, but they lost the first leg against Maccabi Haifa at home with 1-2. In the league they are on the third rank, but their performance was especially in the away matches moderate. At the 2-1 win in Mattersburg they won against 9 Mattersburg players, because Michael Mörz and Robert Waltner were be sent off. The first away match against SV Ried got lost with 0-1.
