The qualification round of the CAF didn't see all games. Ahead of time there are 3 teams qualified for the WC 2010, Ghana as Winner of Group D, Ivory Coast as Winner of Group E and Sout Africa as hosting country. The last 3 tickets will be decided by following teams:
Group A: Cameroon or Gabun
Last matchday - November 14: Togo vs Gabun (1st leg 0:3) und Marocco vs Cameroon (1st leg 0:0)
Group B: Tunesia or Nigeria
Last matchday - November 14: Kenia vs Nigeria (1st leg 0:3) und Mosambique vs Tunesia (1st leg 0:2)
Group C: Algeria or Egypt
Last matchday - November 14: Egypt vs Algeria (1st leg 1:3)
Egypt has to defeat Algeria with 2 or more goals difference to qualify for the WC 2010. A 2:0 win for Egypt would equalise the points, the goal difference, the made and the received goals. Therefore the away goal would decide for Egypt. A final result of 3:1 for Egypt would need a decision by drawing lots. If Algeria scored more than one goal in this game, Egypt has to win the game with more than 2 goals difference.
