One of the key matches of 29th tour of Russian premier League is the battle between two giants, two everlasting rivals, Spartak and CSKA.
The situation for both clubs gives a sphere for improvement, White-red almost do not have hope to get the second star, and "armeycu" are only satisfied with qualifying to euro zone.
Spartak, Moscow
A team which regularly shows high results, not taking into account the game in Samara. Under management of Valeriy Karpin the game of red-whites started to acquire typical features, team tactics and fighting character. An example of that can be a second place in the championship. Additional plusses are that leading players did not play too much in friendly matches and in qualifications to World Championship. Another plus is that the last two games between these teams were won by Spartak.
CSKA Moscow
With their new coach (3rd during this season) CSKA got 4 points in the last 3 matches, one of which was achieved in the game against Manchester United on "Old Trafford". However, I believe that chances to win this game are quite low. Here are the reasons:
1. Players are exhausted. 12 players from the whole team played in friendly matches or in qualifications to World Championship
2. Unstable game showed by this team makes hard time for fans to believe in the success. This is not the best season for CSKA and it has lost its leading players (Lav, Gyrkov) and still does not know how to play without them. It is currently only on the 6th place in the Russian premier league.
3. The only hope for this team is Russian Maurinho - Leonid Slyckiy.
Taking into account all previously mentioned facts, me as an independent expert, would give preference to red-white machine, because they are indeed the best.
