This weekend of Serie A cbrings us one of the great classics in italian football: Juventus riceives AC Milan at the Stadio Olimpico in Turin (sunday at 8:45 p.m.).
We can hope to see a spectacular and interesting game, even if, to tell the truth, none of the two teams can even think of getting close to Inter, who lead the table with already 8 points ahead of Milan and 9 points ahead of Juve. But then in football things can change quickly, and both the team of Ciro Ferrara and the one of Leonardo will surely be ready to take their chance when they have the occasion.
But for the moment the two teams have to concentrate on sunday, and both of them have their little troubles:
AC Milan has to play without Pato, Seedorf and Zambrotta who are all injured, while Juve will have to renounce to Davide Trezeguet who has to make a 40 days break after his injury against Parma.
Psychologically Milan could be in abetter position after their spectacular victory over Genoa (5-2), but Juve too seems to have left behind their little crisis, since the bianconeri have also won their game this wednesday (2-1 in Parma). We'll have to wait and see if this victory has only been a small flashlight or if it has opened a more lucky phase for Juve.
Our tip:
None of the two teams can allow themselves a defeat, as the championship could already be more or less over for them and they might also be catched by Napoli who is in the waiting position. The result might be a game where the two teams neutralize themselves, and I have the impression that this will be what happens. My tip therefore is x, draw between the two teams.
