The UEFA Europe League round of 32 brings on Thursday the match between Twente Enschede and Werder Bremen.

In the Eredivise the highest football league of Holland, Twente is now on the second position. Just PSV Eindhoven is better at the moment. Last week Enschede won against Vitesse Arnheim with 2:1 in Arnheim. They have just lost one game during the championship of 2009/10 two weeks ago against Ajax Amsterdam (3:0).

During the qualification of the champions league the have been kicked of by Sporting Lissabon. In the Europe League Enschede played some good games, for example the away victory against Fenerbace Istanbul (1:2). In group H the have become second behind Fenerbace. 

The most important player form Twente is the striker Bryan Ruiz from Costa Rica. Ruiz scored 16 goals and made 5 assists. There is just one player in the Eredivise who is better than Ruiz, his name is Luis Suarez from Ajax Amsterdam, and he scored 23 times.

The guests form Germany had some problems during the last months because the have lost 5 matches in a row. But since the victory against Hertha Berlin they have won each game, for example the victory against Hoffenheim and Hannover 96. But it will not be so easy to win against Enschede as for example against Hannover.

During the Europe League Bremen almost played perfect. Only against Austria Vienna they lost points (2:2). The highest victory was against a 4:1 against Nacional Funchal.

The most important player form Bremen is Claudio Pizzaro. He scored 14 times in the Bundesliga and Europe League.

Sebastian Boenisch, Philipp Bargfrede and Sandro Wagner are injured so they can't play against Twente. There is no player form Twente who is injured.
