SV Wehen Wiesbaden faces on the second matchday of the 2nd German football league on relegated team MSV Duisburg. SV Wehen finished the last season as a promoted team on the good 8th rank. A repetition of this performance becomes very difficult. In round 1 SV Wehen Wiesbaden lost away against Alemannia Aachen with 1:2, now waits in round 2 with MSV Duisburg again a quite strong team. Well possibly that Wehen Wiesbaden also loses the second match.
Relegated team Duisburg is begun with a 2:2-draw against Hansa Rostock. Defender Fernando Horacio Avalos saw the red card and is closed against Wehen. MSV Duisburg is still for me the clear favourite, particularly as the “zebras” count to the strongest teams of the second Bundesliga.
