EL CLASICO: This weekend matchday 31 will be played in Spains Primera Division. For that reason,
Real Madrid will welcome the
FC Barcelona. The game will happen Saturday, the 10
th of april, at 10 p.m. in the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. Without a doubt, this match will be the most interesting of the weekend.
Real Madrid is on the first place of the Primera Division (twenty five victories, three draws, two defeats – 77 points). Last matchday, the team of manager Manuel Pellegrini won 0:2 against Racing Santander in an away game. The two goals were scored by Gonzalo Higuain and Cristiano Ronaldo (Penalty). Although Real Madrid has the same amount of points as the FC Barcelona, Madrid finds itself on the first place, because of the better goal difference (Real Madrid: +57, FC Barcelona: +56). Untill now, Real Madrid won all of it's fifteen home games of the season 2009/2010.
The FC Barcelona finds itself on the second place of the table of the Primera Divivion (twenty four victories, five draws, one defeat – 77 points). The team of manger Pep Guardiola won ten of their away games, tied four and lost one – 34 points (32 goals scored, 10 goals received). Their first match of the season 2009/2010 Real Madrid lost 1:0 against the FC Barcelona in an away-game. (29th of november 2009). The „Clasico“ will be very important for both teams, because in Spain, the direct duels are more important than the goal difference, in case that two teams finish the season with the same amount of points.
