After a real bus-odissey and a one-night stop in Cannes the team of
FC Barcelona has finally arrived in Milan, where
Messi,
Henry & co will play the first
Champions League semifinal against
José Mourinho's
Inter (tuesday, 8:45p.m.).
The blaugrana's coach, Pep Guardiola, has said that he's worried about the way the preparation for this highly important game has started. For sure his players aren't used to travelling 1000 km on the bus, but then again, if not even a volcano has been able to stop the catalans, will Inter be able to do so?
In the spanish Primera Division Barcelona has only achieved a draw in the derby against Espanyol this saturday (0-0), and the day after, instead of relaxing, the players already had to get on board of the bus to Cannes. For sure this will be a positive element for Inter, considering that the nerazzurri have played their match against Juve already on friday (2-0) and have surely had the necessary time to relax and start the preparation for tuesday's game. Of course this doesn't really make things easy for the nerazzurri - relaxed or not, Barcelona is the best team in Europe and maybe in the world, and therefore all Inter players will have to give their best, otherwise Milito, Sneijder & co might have to say "arrivederci" to Champions League already after the first game.
