Play-offs, second leg: Juventus Turin vs Sturm Graz

Football - Qualification Europa League - 2010-08-26
Match preview
On Thursday the 26 of August Juventus Turin hosts Sturm Graz during the second leg of the play off for the UEFA Europe League group stage. The game takes place in the new Stadio Olimpico at Turin and starts at 8:45pm. Juventus Turin was able to win the first leg in Graz with 2:1. But the team from Austria made a good job in this game and it will be not easy for the Italians to win the second leg.

It was Bonucci who scored the first goal in minute 15 for Juventus Turin. The team from Luigi Delneri was playing with many stars but they played a minimalistic kind of football. During the first half time also Sturm Graz got some chances to score, for example one shot hit the goal post. It was difficult for both teams to make a goal so the second half was without big chances until the last 10 minutes. In minute 82 Gordon Schildefeld scored with a header after a corner and made the 1:1.With the last attack in the game Amauri scored the 2:1 for Juventus Turin in the additional time. All goals were made after a corner with a header.  Both teams didn't play in there national leagues because the Seria A in Italy starts in the end of August and the game Salzburg vs. Strum Graz was cancelled.

Conditions/Referee
Sturm Graz midfielder Andreas Hölzl is still injured so it is possible that Florian Kainz will play again. He made his first game last week against Juventus and he did a good job. Although Juventus keeper Buffon is injured Alexander Manninger will probably not play against Sturm Graz. Last week Marco Storari was the goalkeeper. About 1.000 fans from Austria will support Sturm in Turin.

Head-to-Head
First leg: SK Sturm Graz 1:2 Juventus Turin

Betting tip/prediction
Sturm made a good job in the first leg and the lost unlucky. But I think that they will also loose the second leg in Turin. My tip for this game is a win from Juventus Turin
