In the
2nd round of the German Bundesliga FC St. Pauli hosts 1899 Hoffenheim at the Millerntor Stadium. Both teams have won their opener fixture on last weekend.
FC St. Pauli celebrated at their Bundesliga comeback a 3:1 away win at SC Freiburg. Especially the final phase was very exciting. With three goals in the last seven minutes FC St. Pauli changed a 0:1 to the 3:1 through goals from Fabian Boll (83.), Richard Sukuta-Pasu (89.) and Fin Bartels (90.). Now they want their first points at the Millerntor Stadium. In previous season FC St. Pauli has won 10 of their 17 home games (10-4-3).
1899 Hoffenheim started perfect in the Bundesliga 2010/11. Rangnick´s side celebrated a 4:1 at home over Werder Bremen. So they were league leaders after matchday 1. After the early 0:1 they come back and scored four goals till the half-time through Demba Ba (20), Peniel Mlapa (37.), Vedad Ibišević (40.) and Sejad Salihović (43.). Hoffenheim was convincing with excellent offensive football. The forward row Mlapa-Ibisevic-Ba could become one of the most dangerous ones in this Bundesliga season.
