The 93rd time Eintracht Frankfurt will face the Hamburger SV in the second match day of
German Bundesliga on Saturday.
Without any relegation problems
Eintracht Frankfurt finished the last season and now their squad was improved selectively. Frankfurt lost the first match at Hannover with 1:2 last Saturday and had some problems in their defence. Keeper Nikolov and central defender Franz will probably be injured against Hannover, which doesn't make it better. But Frankfurt has it strenght in their well-staffed offence anyway. Last season they were a dangerous opponent at home and could beat three of the four top teams.
The
Hamburger SV could celebrate an very important victory last Saturday, when they dominated Schalke 04 temporarily and won 2:1 through two goals of Van Nistelrooy. The trouble in and around the club has given way for a small euphoria for the moment. Almost no changes were made in the squad before the season, so Hamburg keeps a team of quite high quality. They are traditionally not the best away team and could win only five times away last season as well.
