Full of confidence Bayer Leverkusen goes into the 61st derby against Borussia M'gladbach in
Bundesliga on Sunday afternoon.
A perfect start into the season had
Bayer Leverkusen so far. The 11:1 victory in Cup at FK Pirmasens followed an remarkable 2:0 away win at Borussia Dortmund in Bundesliga. On Thursday Leverkusen moved into the group stage of the Europa League with a 3:1 win at Ukrainian Simferopol. Coach Jupp Heynckes didn't took the stars of the team (Ballack, Hyypiä, Kießling) to the Ukraine to give them a rest for the match against M'gladbach.
In their first match
Mönchengladbach had only one new player in the team last Saturday, but couldn't benefit from it and finished only 1:1 at home against Nürnberg.
