Group A: Turkey - Belgium

Football - Qualification European Championship 2012 - 2010-09-07

Match Preview

Turkey has recorded a clear victory against Kazakhstan in their first match of the group. This was also the first victory of Guus Hiddink in his first official game. Although his squad was criticized as most of them were not regulars in their own clubs, their performance in Astana made the Dutch coach feel safe. Belgium has hosted Germany at home in their opening; but they failed to stop Klose and started with a defeat. It looks like they will try to take all three points considering their possible line up as Turkey is their biggest rival in the group which Germany is already the favourite. But their chances are not too high against Turkey of Guus Hiddink in Sukru Saracoglu Stadium.

Betting advice/tip

Turkey has made a great start to the qualifications. Belgium absolutely needs to bounce back after they could get nothing in the opening game of their group campaign. I believe that Turkey will win with their in-form attackers.
