On Sunday afternoon the top favourite of the
2.Bundesliga, Hertha Berlin, wants to continue their successful run against the financially stricken Arminia Bielefeld.
Despite their relegation from Bundesliga
Hertha BSC could keep several professionals and even improved the squad with good players like Friend or Lell. The strong technical team has won their first two matches 3:2 against Oberhausen and 2:1 at Düsseldorf. But it has to be said, that both wins didn't come easy. Against Oberhausen Hertha was initially 0:1 down and at Düsseldorf they played anxious and unexpectedly came to the lead.
Arminia Bielefeld got their licence for this season only in the last moment. Due to their financial problems they had to release the best players and rejuvenated their squad. They lost their first two matches in 2.Bundesliga both with 1:2 at FSV Frankfurt and at home against Cottbus. At least the team of Christian Ziege didn't give up after the 0:2 deficit in both games and were quite unlucky not to equalize at the end.
