READING
Despite facing a six-point penalty last season for breaching the financial fairplay rules, Reading survived the relegation battle last season with a couple of games to spare. Pundits expected them to struggle this season and they did just that at the weekend, as Rotherham ran them round in circles with a 4-0 first-half blitzkrieg.
Paul Ince who took over the reign in February before steering them to survival will be hoping that was just one bad day in the office as they prepare for the visit of the league leaders.
Ince will take solace in the fact that they won their last match at the Select Car Leasing Stadium but they will need to find a little bit more than that if they are to avoid another defeat.
BLACKBURN
Three matches into the season, Blackburn are rolling. They enjoy a 100% record under the tutorship of new Danish coach Jon Dahl Tomasson who replaced Tony Mowbray in the dugout this summer.
That was not the only change they experienced. They also let go of several first-team members to give a chance to the former Denmark international to build a team that would fit into his philosophy.
The wins over Queens Park Rangers, Swansea City and West Brom have brought a lot of excitement amongst the fanbase but there is also a bit of scepticism as to whether they can maintain this momentum until the close of the season.

READING VS BLACKBURN PREDICTIONS
Confidence is at an all-time high within the rank and file of the visitors. We can envisage the visitors running riot given their higher confidence levels and superior results of late. Their Danish coach Tomasson’s offensive style has taken the conservative league by surprise. We expect him to continue deploying a 4-man attacking crew here and we are backing them (Blackburn) to find the back of the net at first @ 1.81 with Cyberbet Bonus as our first tip.
The attacking formation of Ben Brereton Diaz, Sam Gallagher, Sammie Szmodics and Ryan Hedges is expected to line up here. Diaz and Gallagher have been in terrific goalscoring form and will cause all sorts of problems for the leaky Reading defence. Sam Gallagher has a good record against the hosts and we are backing him to score anytime @ 3.74 with 1xBet App as our last prediction here.
