Everton vs Leicester, EPL 27.01.2021
The race for the top four in the EPL continues in earnest when two contenders for those lucrative slots, Everton and Leicester face off at Goodison Park on Tuesday evening.
Both of these teams are coming into this fixture on the back of a good run of form and therefore a competitive game is expected.
We will take a look at Konfambet welcome bonus prices for our picks for this game.
EVERTON
Everton have had a relatively successful season thus far. They are 7th on the table but very much within touching distance of the top four as they have a couple of games in hand. They trail Leicester who are third by just six points with two games in hand on them and three on West Ham who are just three points adrift in fourth place. If they can convert those games in hand to wins, they will not just jump into the top four, but also get into title contention.
The Toffees also eased into round five of the FA Cup with a 3-0 victory over Sheffield Wednesday with striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin back on the scoresheet with his 15th goal of the season, following a six-game goal drought and a hamstring injury.
As brilliant as they have been in their recent matches, Ancelotti will have to demand better performance from his charges at Goodison where they have lost three of their last five league outings.
LEICESTER CITY
Leicester have been on a terrific run as well. They are unbeaten in eight matches across all competitions, winning five, including their last three straight Premier League fixtures. They are now in third place in the league and have been playing the game of musical chairs at the top of the table with Man City and Man United over the last couple of weeks.
They survived a scare in the FA Cup, trailing 1-0 at halftime at Brentford before running out 3-1 winners to also move on to the next fifth round.
The Foxes will be without leading striker Jamie Vardy for a couple of weeks which is a huge blow. Brendan Rodgers will however be happy with the return to form of James Maddison and he will look to him to continue his scoring output in Vardy’s absence.

EVERTON VS LEICESTER BETTING TIPS
Both of these teams have high ambitions for this season and are mathematically very much in the top four race and possibly championship contention should any of the Manchester outfits drop off. Everton won the reverse fixture at King Power stadium 2-0 back in December. Ancelotti was happy to let Leicester dominate the ball and hit them with counters. Looking at Everton’s recent performances and on the strength of the available squads for both teams, we feel this game is there for the taking for them and we are backing them to win or draw @ 1.49 with Konfambet as our first betting tip.
The Toffees’defence has tremendously improved from how they started the season. The last time they conceded more than a goal in a Premier League game was back in November. This includes a stretch of three straight games in December against Chelsea, Leicester and Arsenal in which they only conceded a goal. We fancy a tight game here and we feel Under 2.5 goals @ 1.76 with Konfambet is worth consideration.
