Real Madrid CF – RCD Mallorca betting tip & odds comparison 11.09.2022
Real Madrid will be looking to continue their 100% start to the season when they welcome Mallorca at the Bernabeu on Sunday afternoon on matchday 5 of the 2022/23 La Liga season.
Los Blancos lead the table after winning all 4 of their opening league games while Mallorca are in the middle of the pack with just one win from their four La Liga fixtures.
We pretty much expect Real to take care of business here. Our La Liga betting tips for this preview will be picked from Mybet Africa and Melbet

REAL MADRID
Real Madrid had an excellent 2021/22 campaign that saw them not only pick up the domestic title but also extended their stranglehold on the Champions League by winning it for a record-extending 14th time. They followed this up with a 2-0 win over Frankfurt at the start of this season to win the UEFA Super Cup.
They have carried the momentum into this season, beginning the defence of their title on the right note by winning all four of their league games against Almeria, Celta Vigo, Espanyol and Real Betis to go top of the division on 12 points, two points clear of second-placed Barcelona, who are breathing down their necks with a few eye-catching wins of their own. This form was replicated in their midweek Champions League opener in Glasgow where they thrashed Celtic 3-0 thanks to goals from Vinicius Junior, Modric and Hazard.
Los Blancos will be looking for nothing less than another routine win as they look to go into the upcoming international break with the little cushion they have at the top of the pile intact.
MALLORCA
Mallorca barely avoided the hangman’s noose last season, finishing 16th on their return to the top flight. Survival will once again be a running theme for them as they seek to prolong their stay there. They have had another slow start, losing just one of their four matches, winning one and drawing the other two to pick up 4 points that has them 11th on the log.
Los Bermellone’s 1-1 draw with Girona last time out left a bitter taste in their mouths as they were on course for a win before disappointingly conceding a late penalty that Girona duly converted to force a share of the points.
Things are about to get really thick for Javier Aguirre’s side. They face will Real Madrid and Barcelona in two of their next three matches. Mallorca travel to the capital riding on a 4-game unbeaten run on the road. They will certainly be the more rested side considering Madrid had a UCL game in midweek.

REAL MADRID VS MALLORCA PREDICTIONS
Real Madrid have not lost at Bernabeu in La Liga since losing to Barcelona back in March. They have absolutely bossed games in their backyard, routinely scoring three or four goals at will. Mallorca will certainly set themselves out to make things tight for them but we expect Los Merengues to prevail. The corresponding fixture ended 6-1 last season. We do not really expect the same mauling but we fancy Real Madrid to score in both halves @ 1.74 with Mybet Ghana as the first of our betting tips today.
Discipline has been an issue for the visitors. After matchday four they lead the league with an average of five yellow cards per game. Real will have them chasing shadows for the better part of this match and that is likely to result in frustrations on their part which could see them play overly physical. Melbet App has them getting at least 3 bookings priced @ 1.90 and we feel there is value in going with this as our last call for this clash.
