Bayern Munich - Borussia Dortmund ai prediction 23.04.2022 Bundesliga
Betting Tip for matchday 31 of the 2021/2022 Bundesliga between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
Der Klassiker takes centre stage in the Bundesliga this weekend as the top two teams in Germany – Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund – face off at the Allianz Arena on Saturday. With four games remaining this season, the arch-rivals are separated by nine points in the table. That means Bayern can wrap up the Bundesliga title with victory over Dortmund. After winning their last four league games while conceding just once, the stage appears set for Bayern to complete a tenth successive top-flight success.

BAYERN MUNICH
It would be all the sweeter for ‘Die Roten’ fans if they can do so against their rivals and as Bayern are unbeaten in home league action since January (W4, D1), they’ll expect to end the evening celebrating one way or another. Also instilling confidence is their record of seven straight home league H2H wins, with Bayern scoring 4+ goals in six of those fixtures.
Bayern bounced back from their shock Champions League exit with a comprehensive 3-0 win over Arminia Bielefeld last weekend. Not only have the Bavarians won their last four Bundesliga outings, but they have also avoided defeat in each of their previous eight.
Thanks largely to the exploits of Robert Lewandowski, who has netted 32 goals in 30 league games this term, Bayern are the Bundesliga’s top scorers by some distance.
BORUSSIA DORTMUND
Despite that dire recent record, Dortmund won’t be disheartened ahead of this big clash as they’re in decent form, hammering Wolfsburg 6-1 to make it just one defeat across their last nine competitive fixtures (W5, D3), just about keeping them still in title contention. That impressive run helped them all but guarantee Champions League football next term despite a host of injuries.
Although Haaland has spent much of the campaign sidelined through injury, he has still managed to chalk up 25 goals in 26 games across all competitions. BVB have lost just one of their previous nine Bundesliga encounters, picking up six wins and two draws along the way.
Despite having won 20 of their 30 Bundesliga games this season, Dortmund look set to surrender the title to Bayern once again if they don’t make an impact in this match.
